On April 18, the Job Fair for University Graduates of Middle Hunan and Large-Scale Spring Job Fair for HUHST Graduates took place in Haiyuan Square of HUHST. Around 5000 people participated in the Job Fair, including 2017 graduates and juniors of HUHST. Guo Jun, Chair of the university council, President Liu Heyun and Vice President Shi Xiaochun came to the Job Fair to get to know the recruiting agencies and students’ employment intent. Leaders of all Schools who are responsible for students’ employment came to the Job Fair assisting students to find an ideal job.

251 recruiting agencies in and outside Hunan including those in the developed area such as Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta came to the Job Fair to hunt for potential employees. They cover a wide range of fields such as art, P.E., education, machine manufacture, commerce, finance, biological agriculture, IT. Over 20 listed companies including Sany Group, Hisense, Lense Technology also came to the Job Fair. Recruiting agencies offered more than 6500 job positions and received over 1400 resumes with more than 400 people signing employment contracts.

With the hiring season for new graduates approaching, authorities of HUHST have taken various measures to guide graduates to find ideal jobs soon.
