郭辉,男,湖南益阳人,博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师。2017年博士毕业于湖南大学大学应用数学专业偏微分方程方向,随后在湖南科技大学任教,自2023年始在永利总站ylzz55数学与金融学院任教。
